One of our local parks has an accurately-scaled model of the solar system set up along its pathways, and since the kids' imaginations are thoroughly captured by astronomy, we headed out to see it when we got our first rays of sunshine in eons! It was a GREAT outing:

(It did not dawn on me until later that this is probably what put Kendra's allergies into overdrive... She's allergic to weeds. DUH! I'm such a bad Mom. Poor girl!)
